However, while some of these claims are true, some are too good to be 100% true.

The scientific research regarding the efficacy of the product itself does not provide enough evidence to say that it is effective in promoting weight loss.

Garcinia cambogia has been shown to cause a significant decrease in body weight and BMI in sixty moderately obese human subjects in a study conducted in 2004 in India.
